Spring into Action: Green Valley Chipping Days Are Here!

UPDATE: Drop off deadline has been extended to Thursday, April 3. The Camp 14 crew (who will be doing the chipping) has been sent north to support with Silver Fire in Bishop. Chipping days have been postponed, which means there's still time to drop your tree limbs & brush.

As the weather warms up and we start thinking about clearing out yards and cleaning up properties, it's also the perfect time to come together as a community to reduce our wildfire risk. That’s why we’re excited to announce Green Valley Chipping Days — your chance to get rid of tree limbs and brush safely and responsibly.

📅 When:

Drop your brush & tree limbs by end of day Thursday, April 3

Please follow instructions on signs.

📍 Where:
Green Valley Community Club
39118 Calle Bonita, Green Valley

✅ What to Bring:
  • Tree limbs (maximum diameter of 4 inches)

  • Brush

🚫 Please Do NOT Bring:
  • Vines, leaves, trash

  • Lumber or construction material

  • Bagged or tied material of any kind

This event is for Green Valley residents only and is a great opportunity to clean up your property while helping protect our beautiful community from the threat of wildfire.

Let’s work together to make Green Valley safer and cleaner this spring. Every branch chipped is one step closer to a more fire-resilient community. See you there!
